Please read through these terms and conditions and if you do not agree with them do not use this Scottish Woodland Alliance web site. If you do access the Scottish Woodland Alliance web site, and / or place an order, by doing so you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as set out below.

How to Order:
All orders must be placed online through the website. Please do not e-mail your card details to us directly. We can’t take responsibility for the security of your card details if given this way.

Pricing Policy:
All products on this website are priced in pounds sterling.  Postage is included in the price for sales to mainland UK delivery addresses. An additional charge may be payable for overseas delivery addresses.

Delivery:
Goods are delivered by first class Royal Mail, and are normally dispatched within 3 working days following receipt of your order. The maximum period for delivery is 30 days unless specifically agreed with you separately.

If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time please contact Customer Services by e-mailing enquiries@lairdswood.org.uk, or by telephoning Customer Services on 01397 748133 quoting your order reference number.

Cancellations:
We aim to meet the requirements of the Distance Selling Regulations.

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving your goods. If you wish to cancel your order please contact Customer Services by emailing enquiries@lairdswood.org.uk as soon as possible, but at the latest within 7 days of receiving your goods. If you have already received the goods you must return them following the instructions detailed above.

Refunds (excluding delivery charge) will be made to the card which you originally used for the purchase. Refunds are not given for the cost of return postage for un-wanted goods.

Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Complaints:
We aim to deal with all complaints as effectively as possible. In the first instance, your complaint may be sent to Customer Services by emailing enquiries@lairdswood.org.uk. Alternatively, you may telephone Customer Services on 01397 748133, between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

We aim to acknowledge any complaint made through the website by email within 5 days, and to conclude our investigations as soon as possible thereafter. Telephone complaints will not necessarily be acknowledged by email prior to investigation. Our acknowledgement will always include the name of the person who is handling your case. A likely timescale for resolution will be provided upon request, but this timescale will be dependent upon the specific nature of the complaint.

The Courts of Alderney shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all claims or disputes arising in relation to, out of or in connection with this website and its use and these terms and conditions.

Accuracy of Information & Personal Data

Scottish Woodland Alliance will strive to ensure we communicate to our supporters accurately. We will ensure that we update any personal details where appropriate.

You can have access to any personal data we may hold about you. You can ask us for this by sending us an email at enquiries@lairdswood.org.uk. We will allow you to challenge the data that we hold on you and where appropriate you may have the data erased, rectified or amended.

Secure Online Donations

Scottish Woodland Alliance provides secure online donations through our Internet banking service that has been recommended by our bank.

Refund Policy

Scottish Woodland Alliance offers a refund policy on any cash donation within 30 days of it clearing our bank. If you require a 'no questions asked' refund, please contact us: enquiries@lairdswood.org.uk or telephone 01397 748133. We want to ensure that all our supporters feel comfortable about the donations they make to Scottish Woodland Alliance.
